Exercise Therapy

Exercise is one of the cornerstones of therapies Dr. Long incorporates into every patient's treatment plan because she recognizes the importance of daily movement. Dr. Long works individually with each of her patient's to figure out an enjoyable, feasible and even (dare she say it??) FUN exercise routine! Physical movement and getting out and playing every day has shown many positive benefits in mental health, pain reduction, bone density, digestion and many other areas.
